Please fill out the quick registration form below if you are interested in signing up for our 2026/2027 Kids Club Respite Program.

*In order to attend our Kids Club program, a second more detailed long form (linked below) must be completed to ensure we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Without submitting the second form, the participant CANNOT attend our programming. Please complete the long form within 48 hours of completing the initial registration form.
